A Green Bay native, Dr. Farr is excited to return to the Fox Valley area to serve the community he grew up in. He completed his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences through the accelerated Pre-Dental Scholar Program at Marquette University in 2020. He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Marquette University School of Dentistry as part of the Class of 2023.
Dr. Farr is an active member of the Wisconsin Dental Association and the American Dental Association. He is committed to lifelong learning and stays up to date on the latest advances in dental care through continuing education.
Dr. Farr enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife, Sydney, their dog, Ollie, and their circle of family and friends. Most weekends you’ll find him up north in Crandon boating, playing games like cornhole, cards, and trivia, golfing, or cheering on the Packers.
Patients can expect compassionate, honest, and high-quality care when visiting Dr. Farr. He takes time to involve each patient in their treatment decisions, ensuring they understand their options and feel fully in control of their care. His clinical expertise includes crowns, bridges, implants, oral surgery, sleep dentistry, veneers, cosmetic dentistry, and emergency dentistry. He is especially passionate about creating positive experiences for patients who may have had negative ones in the past—treating every patient like family.

John Luther, D.D.S., has excelled both professionally and academically throughout his career. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Madison with a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology, he furthered his education with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota in 1999. Upon graduation, Dr. Luther accepted a prestigious, one-year hospital residency at the University of Washington in Seattle, providing extensive comprehensive dental care to a wide variety of medically compromised patients and experiencing advanced training in all areas of dentistry.
After practicing as an associate in Minneapolis, Minnesota, for three years, Dr. Luther returned to the Fox Cities and formed TimberCrest Dental Center, S.C. in 2003, inheriting the patients of Dr. Louis Eich, who retired to the North Woods after 35 years in practice. Dr. Luther is an outdoor enthusiast, enjoying nature at its fullest with his wife Diane, hiking and cycling the country roads and through the Northwoods during the Summer, and snowmobiling during the Winter months. He loves to ski and play golf, and is an avid flyfishing angler, targeting muskie any chance he gets. Playing the guitar keeps Dr. Luther's fingers and reflexes nimble, which is always an important aspect to provide high-quality dentistry.
Due to Dr. Luther’s dedication toward years of continuing education, his clinical expertise includes all aspects of dentistry, passionate to reduce patient’s anxiety through conscious sedation. Patients can expect personalized, comprehensive care delivered with a gentle and compassionate approach. From the initial consultation to the completion of treatment, Dr. Luther and his team focus on clear communication, comfort, and trust, ensuring every patient feels informed and at ease.

JoBeth joined TimberCrest Dental in 2017, and is one of Dr. Luther’s full-time dental hygienists. JoBeth graduated from an NWTC in Green Bay in 2000. She enjoys working in family practice, making patients feel like they are at home in their appointments. She has a special interest in periodontics and enjoys helping people manage their care with the latest technology.
JoBeth was born and raised outside of the Valley, but Appleton has been her home for the 10+ years. She is married to her husband David and has three boys, Dan, Bodhi, and Tristan. As a family they enjoy camping, kayaking, and playing board games.

Stephanie joined TimberCrest Dental Center in May of 2025 as one of the dental hygienists. Originally from Madison, she obtained her Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from Madison Area Technical College in 2010. In 2017 she moved to the Fox Valley area, where she is happy to now call home.
Stephanie is dedicated to ensuring patients feel at ease during their dental visits and strives to perform a “gentle yet thorough” approach to dental cleanings. She enjoys getting to know patients while playing an important role in guiding patients towards maintaining their oral health.
Between Stephanie and her husband they have 3 grown kids and 6 grandkids…so far! Outside of work, Stephanie loves spending quality time with her family, being engrossed in a good thriller book, and enjoying the Great Outdoors as much as possible.

Nicole is a Registered Dental Hygienist since May 2016 when she graduated from NTC in Wausau, WI. She has been a part of the TimberCrest Team since September 2023.
She has a passion in oral health and patient education with a focus on the role oral health plays in the overall health and wellness of patients.
Her goal is to share her “dental nerd” with her patients, while creating a trusting relationship and having her patients feel empowered to take care of their smile.

Wendy joined TimberCrest Dental Center in May of 2020, and works as Dr. Luther’s part-time hygienist. She has been involved in the dental field since 2000.
She has 3 children, 2 boys and 1 girl. She enjoys camping, hiking, playing tennis and watching her kids play soccer and basketball. She also enjoys playing with her dog Milo.

Diane has been a hygienist with Dr. Luther since 2003. She earned her Degree in Dental Hygiene at Normandale Community College in Bloomington, MN in 2001. Diane is married with four Persian cats. Outside of the office, she is involved with Persian Cat Rescue, founding the non-profit group, Minnkota Persian Cat Rescue, in 1999. She also enjoys shopping, boating, fishing, and snowmobiling.

Angela started working at TimberCrest Dental in March of 2014 as a Dental Assistant. She has been assisting chair side since she graduated from FVTC in 2001. Angela has 3 children: 2 boys and 1 girl. They love spending time with family and friends, being outdoors and taking in all life has to offer.

Brianna graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at Lakeshore Technical College in December 2018. She began her career in general dentistry before expanding her experience in a variety of specialty offices. While she gained valuable knowledge along the way, she found that her passion remained in general dentistry, where she can build meaningful relationships with patients. Brianna joined Timbercrest Dental Center in February 2026 and is proud to be part of the team.
Outside of the office, Brianna loves spending time with her fiance camping, hiking, and kayaking, as well as making memories with friends and family. They also have a golden retriever named Tucker who often joins them on their adventures.

Tiffany joined TimberCrest Dental Center in June of 2023. She has an Associates Degree in Human Resources and previous to this was in the cellphone industry for many years. With a younger daughter and two dogs, life never gets boring! In their free time, they like to do anything outdoors, or snuggle up and watch a good movie and play video games.

Mandi joined TimberCrest Dental Center in 2021 as our Scheduling Coordinator. She did chairside assisting at a few orthodontic offices after graduating from dental assisting school in 2014. She then entered into the veterinary field for multiple years as a veterinary assistant and client care coordinator. Mandi is very excited to return to dentistry and is elated to have joined the TimberCrest family. She has 3 very spoiled furball children at home named Chunky, Layla, and Bandit who keep life interesting. Outside of work she thoroughly enjoys spending time with family, riding her motorcycle, being outdoors, and being on the water. She looks forward to seeing all your smiling faces!
